Consulting & Strategy Services Disclaimer
Together Studios may offer consulting, mentoring, brand strategy services, creative direction, education, and business-related guidance (“Consulting Services”). These services are intended to provide insight, strategy, and creative support based on professional experience.
However, you understand and agree that Together Studios does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to increased revenue, business growth, audience expansion, brand recognition, or client bookings. By purchasing or participating in Consulting Services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own business decisions, actions, and outcomes, and Together Studios is not liable for any results or lack of results.

8. Booking, Retainers, and Payments
To secure a date or service on the Together Studios calendar, a retainer is required.
Retainers:
Are required to reserve your session or wedding date
Are applied toward the total balance due
Are non-refundable under all circumstances
Do not guarantee rescheduling availability if the client changes their date
Services are not considered officially booked until the signed contract (if applicable) and retainer are received.
Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time. However, once your retainer is paid and your booking is confirmed, your pricing will be honored as outlined in your signed agreement.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you cancel your services, you understand and agree that the retainer is non-refundable. Together Studios reserves the right to retain any payments already made as outlined in the service agreement.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability. If a reschedule is approved, it may be subject to additional fees and updated pricing depending on the new date, season, travel requirements, or scope of work.
10. Refund Policy
Together Studios does not offer refunds for services rendered, time reserved, or work completed.
All refund eligibility, cancellations, and rescheduling terms are outlined in each client’s individual contract. By booking services with Together Studios, you agree to the policies stated in your signed service agreement, including all cancellation and refund terms.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, downloads, templates, and educational resources, all digital product purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the purchasing agreement at the time of sale.
11. Creative Style Disclaimer
By booking Together Studios, you acknowledge that photography and branding work is a creative service with an artistic style unique to the studio.
Together Studios reserves the right to interpret events, lighting, locations, poses, editing style, and final deliverables based on artistic judgment and professional standards.
No specific pose, image, moment, or result is guaranteed unless explicitly outlined in a signed agreement.
12. Turnaround Times and Delivery
Estimated delivery times for galleries, branding sessions, wedding collections, or deliverables may be provided. However, turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by:
volume of work during peak season
unforeseen emergencies
travel schedules
equipment issues
acts of nature or events beyond control
Together Studios will communicate proactively if delivery timelines need to shift.
