You may need to refresh your brand or rebrand entirely for many reasons. Here are 3 common reasons that I see.

This usually stems from a disconnect in your brand where clarity and alignment are needed. It could be that you aren’t clear on your brand structure, mission, vision, or core business values.
If you are pivoting to serve a different group of people entirely, you need to do a brand audit to consider a refresh or a rebrand. Serving a different group of people means different problems and solutions you are bringing and your brand needs to communicate those things clearly. If you are adding services or products to an existing business and brand, you should do an audit to ensure that your UNSEEN, TANGIBLE, and VISIBLE brand components all align. Sometimes only a slight adjustment is needed, if any.
Sometimes it’s just time to update some of your VISIBLE brand components so your visuals aren’t outdated. Is your website up to date with current consumer habits and needs? Do your colors, fonts, logo, etc all still communicate your brand?
