Welcome! Come on in and make yourself at home! I’m so excited to finally share these photos with you! It has been a long time coming!
This space has been a huge blessing for my business and family! My business and family life is a little more separate, which helps me to be able to give more of myself to each when it is family time or time to work. I can close the door and take calls when Noah naps and not disturb him or close the door and leave work in the office. Thank you to all my clients who worked with me through the transition!
My wonderful and handy Father in law built this beautiful closet for me!
Spot the spotted pup ;)
I also COULD NOT have done this without all the help of my wonderful hubby! He painted the high parts of the walls and ceilings where I couldn’t reach!
We just had to cover up the eye sore of an electric box. So I designed the openings of the closet so that we could cover it, but still have easy access when breakers blow.
Lil man had an awesome time playing in the big, open room!
And done! This job started in January and is still in progress, but was mostly finished by the end of April. I considered really tidying up and styling each space, but, then I thought… ‘why not just keep it real?’ I’m really not a super tidy person so I’d rather you see my space the way it actually is… piles of papers, books, exposed computer cords and all.
This beautiful linen curtain was made by my sweet grandma! I had bought this fabric for a few Christmas DIY projects and never got around to using it. And wouldn’t ya know I had the exact amount of fabric between the white and tan linens needed for the closet opening! It was meant to be!
The aqua baskets in the closet are from SERRV! I was super excited that I scored these because I shopped online and they were sold out! But, I’m super blessed to live just 5 minutes from the New Windsor store, so I popped in one day just to see if they would have any by chance. And they did! So I use them to organize my print and product packaging items.
I am IN LOVE with some of the new products that I am selling starting this year! The photo of my family below is printed on burlap and framed in a reclaimed barn wood frame! It’s a beautiful piece of art!
I was fortunate enough to purchase these gorgeous chairs from my friend, Anna, who was selling them! They’re originally from Home Goods. The pillows were actually the inspiration for the room. I found them on clearance at Bed, Bath, and Beyond.
I scored the coffee table at a local auction for $1. I still need to refinish it, but the size and style is perfect for this space! I always have the ihome playing my favorite pandora stations as I work. :)
The newborn photo below is still one of my all-time favorites! The end tables below were hand-me-downs from my parents. I refinished them this past winter with my homemade chalk paint.
I love my new business cards! Need custom designed biz cards?? I can do that for you! I love graphic design :)
A little preview of some of my other new products! Introducing photo books and linen albums! These are perfect for Senior sessions, Family sessions, or for my Agape Baby Program (maternity through first year) clients! The paper is all recycled and the photos are beautifully printed!
The linen albums are my absolute favorite!
Most of the vintage cameras that you’ve seen in the photos are heirloom… they were handed down to me from my family or Justin’s family. One day when I have time for a hobby I’m going to see if any of them actually work and shoot some film with them!
